The new partnership kick starts a long term association between Charlie and ek robotics, with both parties united in their efforts to change the face of what is possible in their respective sectors.

As part of the partnership, ek robotics will join her for the grand finale of the 2021 Britcar Endurance Championship at Donington Park, where she’s firmly in the hunt for title glory in the Praga category alongside teammate Jack Fabby.

The pair have enjoyed a highly successful season to date with a class victory at the season-opener, followed by three further second-place results.

Currently occupying third place in the championship standings, just 25 points separate the duo from the championship leaders with two races to run at the Leicestershire circuit.

Taking on the full 2.487-mile GP layout of Donington Park, Charlie will navigate some of British motorsport’s best-known corners such as Redgate, the Craner Curves and the Melbourne Hairpin.

A busy schedule awaits with a single Free Practice session marking the start of proceedings at 09:10 on Saturday morning with Qualifying shortly afterwards at 11:05. The first of the day’s two races will get underway at 13:35 on Saturday afternoon followed by the final race of the season at 17:00.

“I’m really pleased to welcome ek robotics ahead of the season finale this weekend,” Charlie said. “They are true pioneers and leaders in their field and it’s inspiring to see the work they do so I look forward to working closely with them.

“There’s a lot still to be decided this weekend so it’s going to be a really exciting one. We’ve had a long break since our last outing and I’m really excited to get back behind the wheel of the Praga. We’ve had a brilliant season so far and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time working alongside Jack and the team – we’ll be giving it our all to make sure we finish the season as strong as we can!”
