Mountain roads were the perfect destination for an electrifying drive in the new @BMWUK iX3, and 2 days gave me ample time to explore its identity 😃🏔️

There’s so much intuitive technology packed into this car, with the Panoramic iDrive being a great example of this, stretching pillar to pillar.

With up to 500 miles* of all-electric range thanks to the Gen6 battery, plus the ability to utilise ultra-rapid charging where available, it’s seriously impressive ⚡️🔌

I’m a fan of the way it looks too, I loved the Neue Klasse Vision concept cars BMW had on display at GFOS last summer, and the new BMW iX3 stays true to those same bold design cues 🧐

In many ways it’s the best of both worlds, Driving Assistant Plus supported on motorway journeys, and the dynamic performance excelled on the flowing alpine roads. We even added 40 minutes onto our (already lengthy) return journey to Milan, but I was that keen to try the car on twisty mountain hairpins, and it was totally worth it! 💯

I always get excited being in the mountains and the views were incredible 🤩
