Tectri SA & NGK Spark Plugs onboard for 2019

With the season rapidly approaching, I’m very excited to be entering the 4th year of a long standing partnership with both Tectri SA & NGK Spark Plugs.

Thinking back to everything that’s happened since I began my maiden season in the Championnat de France de la Montagne, it doesn’t feel all that long ago, but then I guess time flies when you’re having fun! Racing single handedly throughout France (and beyond at times) in a Formula Renault was hard work, I was running everything out of a van whilst returning to work in the UK between rounds, which was exhausting at times. Nonetheless, it was always an adventure and I enjoyed every moment, perhaps apart from Mont-Dore in 2015 when the weather was truly horrific.

Based in Switzerland, Tectri SA specialise in high precision engineering, focusing primarily on complex miniature parts for medical applications. Part of my background is in CNC engineering, and having visited their factory a number of times, I’m always amazed by the ingenuity of the parts they produce on machines like the Tornos SwissNano. I’m proud to carry their logo and especially grateful for their continued support for the upcoming 2019 season.

My partnership with NGK Spark Plugs has gone from strength to strength, ever since they first began supplying me in 2015. It’s a great feeling to know that your engine is always producing the optimum spark, especially when you’re chasing power gains, and having one of the most iconic brands in motorsport onboard as a supplier feels fantastic. Whatever happens, they’ve got my back !
